How do I link another google adsense account to a YouTube channel?

Connected adsense to youtube channel. But I did not understand the question about the country correctly. As I understand it, you can not change the country. Just cancel your account. Okay, cancelled. Can I somehow link another adsense account now or change the mail channel or relink the channel. Well, at least something to save the channel and be able to monetize it. Shitty Google made this service, to be honest.
