How do I know which programs are allowed to make changes to my computer?

I constantly allow installed programs to make changes to the computer. Now I'm worried about protecting the workstation from outside interference.
Is it possible to somehow see the list of programs that I have given access to? And leave only those that I use.

If the Trojan is allowed access, then that's it, then it will bypass any lists.
And you can start worrying only if you have at least something valuable enough on your computer. For the rest, you don't have to worry. In a good way, for work and finances, you need to have a separate computer, where there are only licensed programs, or in general, only one browser with mail.

Everyone.
The permissions of the program depend on who launched them - they have the same rights as the user who launched them.
