It looks like it's simply impossible to publish on Habré. The post just goes nowhere. Not to mention the fact that this new interface also slows down the browser, but registering on Habré is a whole adventure. Because if you register not with Russian proxies, then it will simply throw an eternal 404. And so on the page in the console with the page for adding a post it gives:

How do I know that my article has been submitted for moderation for publication in the sandbox?
I clicked "OK" in the confirmation to submit the article for moderation. On after it seemed to have evaporated into / dev / null.
It's nowhere to be found, I looked it up in my profile: Publications, Drafts, Sandbox. Everything is empty.

If the button is inactive, most likely you haven't added hubs/tags/topic (or maybe you're on Opera 12, who knows). After clicking on the button, it is clearly written that the article has been sent for pre-moderation.

If the system allows you to write a post, it means that it is not on pre-moderation.
The buttons could be inactive if you simply pasted the text from the clipboard into the post writing form. It is enough to manually put 1 space - and the buttons are activated.
