Why is habrahabr/geektimes not implemented the ability to view how uncompiled versions of articles are arranged?

Hello.
Why is habrahabr/geektimes not implemented the ability to view how non-compiled versions of articles (of other people) are arranged? That is, to put it more clearly:
why habrhabr/geektimes does not implement the ability to view the device of other people's articles without the possibility of editing them, as, for example, is done on the resources https://stackexchange.com/. There, under each question, there is an edit button , on which you can click and edit the text of the question. True, there is an inscription:
"Your edit will be placed in a queue until it is peer reviewed. We welcome all constructive edits, but please make them substantial. Avoid trivial edits unless absolutely necessary"
That is, your editorial will be checked by an expert before being accepted. The edit button on the resources https://stackexchange.com/ also plays another function, namely: it allows a user who wants to write a big question with pictures, links, equations, tables, animations not to suffer with the problem of how to implement this in their question. By clicking on it in someone else's question, he copies the skeleton of someone else's question and creates his own based on it.
It would be nice to introduce a button on habr / geektimes under each post that allowed the user to look at the device of this post at the "gene level", copy this post as a skeleton and write their own post based on this skeleton. This is especially true for budding writers.

Habrahabr/geektimes and stackexchange are different electronic resources, with different functionality, so it is quite logical that the functionality of one resource is not available on another resource.
I admit, it was rather unexpected to meet such a question from a person who positions himself as involved in IT. I would also understand if some pensioner asked why she couldn’t give away stickers bought on Vkontakte from her Odnoklassniki page.
