How do I install new disks for an HP server?

Hello!
There is an HP ProLaint DL 380 G5 server. We ordered hard drives for it - Dual Part 10K SAS 72 GB Spare: 389346-001.
Installed in a free slot, but they do not light up normally and the operating system does not see them. Maybe something needs to be changed in the BIOS?

Emnip them in the BIOS you need to initialize. I'm surprised you didn't do it right away.
