How do I insert a sound card?

How do I insert a sound card? I want ASUS Xonar Essence STX.
as I understand it, PCI-E is right under my vidyukha =) How will it fit in there? what to come up with? can vidyuhu move to the bottom slot?

You can plug a sound box into the bottom slot, PCI-E x1 can be plugged into x16
