How do I get AWS Deploy Group to see the Instance?

I'm trying to organize a Ci / CD pipeline, I seem to have done everything according to the instructions:

But the deployment does not start, and it gives an error: "the service is not visible": "The deployment failed because no instances were found for your deployment group. Check your deployment group settings to make sure the tags for your Amazon EC2 instances or Auto Scaling groups correctly identify the instances you want to deploy to, and then try again."

I tried to define tags, but it still doesn't work. How to make AWS Code Deploy see the instance?
