My Amazon S3 storage is not available in Russia, how can I return it?

After RNC blocks, my Amazon S3 storage is not available in Russia, tell me how to fix it with little blood?

First, try setting up CloudFront for site users and see if the files are available. Also try switching to storage in other S3 regions.
Alternatively, transfer files (via vpn) to S3 compatible storage in Russia.
