How to setup openvpn server with udp port for clients with gray ip?
I raise my aws lightsail instance on debian, assign it a static ip. I install an ovpn server, prescribe a udp port, open this port on the instance. I finish setting up the ovpn server and download the config file for myself, I try to connect. I can’t connect with UDP, I reconfigured with TCP, I connect, but it cuts the speed to almost 0 (from about 8 pm to night, I can’t understand why). I was looking for reasons on the Internet, I ran into an article that UDP does not work if the provider gives you a gray ip address. I checked the ip address, it's really gray (there is no sense in talking with the provider, they can't issue a white ip, and you can't change the provider). Until the moment I decided to raise my vpn server, I just bought a subscription from different providers (we have a lot of them in the region). If you open the *.ovpn client text, then they worked on udp ports, I can't understand how they did it. I myself have not done this before (newbie). I did everything on video. Please help, how can I configure the server so that it works via UDP, not TCP with a gray ip address condition?

It's not about the gray IP. most likely the problem is in the client or server
configs.
What port is used for openvVPN server? is it open in the firewall?
OpenVPN works better on UDP, they have an article why this is so, google it. But this does not mean that the TCP option is not workable, it just has certain "features".
Rent a VDS with a white IP and host a VPN server on it.
Not only for VPN, but in general for any service that must be accessible from the Internet, a white IP is required.
You can, of course, try to negotiate with the operator about port forwarding, but, in my opinion, this is not realistic.
