How do I enable automatic daylight savings time and back?

In connection with the clock change on October 26, an update was installed on all workstations, but as it turned out, not everyone has a checkmark for "Automatically change clocks to daylight saving time and vice versa", therefore, who does not have this option enabled, the time will not be changed on October 26 .
How, on all computers, put this checkbox without restarting computers?
In Windows 7 found the following setting, it works without reboot.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\TimeZoneInformation\DynamicDaylightTimeDisabled

And how to install a daw in Windows XP without restarting the PC?

@Clooney

I found the answer myself :)
For Windows XP:
In my case, it was not there, I had to create it. The checkbox is removed and set without rebooting.
