Apple Developer Program

How do I earn money when I sign up for the iOS Developer Program?

Greetings.
I want to register in the iOS Developer Program.
I know that I have to pay 99 dollars for the year and provide data from my bank card. There are several questions:
- Is there a fundamental difference for Apple whether it is a personalized card or not?
— Do I need a separate bank account to make a profit from the sale of applications / iAd, or will Apple transfer this money directly to the card that I provide during registration?
— Has anyone had problems with any Russian banks when registering / making a profit?
Thanks in advance for possible answers.

1. a personal name is needed
2. The card is always tied to some account, money will be transferred to it, the account must be in dollars. I created two for my card, one in dollars, one in rubles. By default, it is in rubles, but when withdrawing from an ATM of my bank, I can choose a dollar one and withdraw from there.
3. I use alphabank, there were no problems

In fact, there is no unequivocal answer to some questions with the withdrawal of money from the stores. Read these articles, they (and in the comments) raise important questions. (on AppStore only one article, but the difference is not big).

By the way, they often scare that a card with a different name will not work. This year I renewed the subscription not on my card, everything is fine, there were no problems.
