Why isn't apple approving the app?
We made an application for the order of the company. It essentially consists of two screens - authorization and a screen with filling in data (5 text fields + photo). Login occurs by a unique number that the company itself issues, i.e. they know all users.
As a result, return and write

Additionally, we found that your app contains content - or facilitates, enables, or encourages an activity - that is not legal in all the locations in which the app is available , which is not in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines.
Specifically, your app facilitates ordering of fake documents.
We encourage you to review your app concept and evaluate whether you can incorporate different content and features that are in compliance with the Guidelines.
Honestly, I don’t quite understand how it is possible to send a fake document if there are employees in the system and they are verified people. Or am I misunderstanding the claim?

What fields are filled in? Perhaps you want the user to fill in the personal data fields, so they won’t approve you! In Russia, for example, it will not be possible to store and transfer certain personal data, and the full name and phone number are already considered such data.
Without a list of fields that you ask for there, we can't help much here)
Apparently, the point is really that the application "facilitates ordering of fake documents", and this is prohibited (I can’t quickly find an article in the guidelines, but it’s useless to argue with the Apple Review Team here).
You have two ways: either to prove that ordering a thesis is not a forgery of documents and does not contribute to this, or to act like a fool "no, no, we do not write diplomas, we advise on complex issues and look for additional literature, and in general these are our own students. There are risks in both cases, I would talk to a lawyer or something.
