Accelerated publication of the application in the AppStore?

Somewhere I read that when laying out in the AppStore there is an opportunity to speed up the process of checking and laying out twice a year. Maybe someone knows how to do it?

But it doesn't always work, I was denied. There must have been some more compelling reasons. I said that I had promotions set up for a certain time and that I had been waiting for 2 weeks. About some critical bug did not lie.

Once upon a time I read on Habré that if you have several applications in the App Store and you update them at the same time, then Apple often skips such a "pack" according to an accelerated procedure. Haven't tried it myself.
