How do I connect Jira Software to Confluence over HTTPS?

The organization has Jira Software and Confluence installed on its internal servers. Both services work over https.
The applications were linked. Then Giroud was transferred (before me) to another server, everything seemed to be set up, etc. but didn't connect it to Confluence.
At the moment I have this picture:

The error is written like this:
Invalid OAuth signature
We could not establish a connection with Confluence, possibly because this instance is behind an incorrectly configured proxy server.

Confluence connects to fat without problems. Something Google is silent on this topic :-( In fact, the connection process is very simple. Specify links to services and select the type of authorization. The

question is, how can I force Jira to connect to Confluence?

In my situation, it was necessary to connect not by domain name, but by IP, since the servers are on the same network. If you connect via https, then you need to slip application certificates to Java machines
