How do I choose the right WSUS Products and Classes to upgrade Windows 10 from build 10240 to the latest?

Some PCs are running an older build of Windows 10:

Which products and classes should I choose to upgrade from this build to the latest?
The following products are currently selected:
5b2b88a3441d0106088943.png5b2b88aa7c161011649251.png
and Classes:
5b2b88dfa3a27193642148.png
All available upgrades for 10 have been approved, but it will not upgrade.
