How do I cancel my Adobe subscription without penalty?

4 months ago I subscribed to Adobe Photoshop and regularly paid about 300 rubles a month for a subscription to the minimum tariff plan. Now, when there is no need for this program, I wanted to cancel the subscription and link to the credit card.
Here the most interesting thing began, in order to cancel the subscription, I have to pay more than 1000 rubles of a penalty to Adobe, here is a piece of the letter:

Early cancellation of a subscription will result in a deduction of a penalty amount of 50% of the amount for the remaining months of the subscription, as specified in the Subscription Terms.
In your case, this is 1196 rubles. 00 kop.

I made out the only possible option - this is an annual subscription. With monthly payment. There was another option to pay the entire amount for the year at once.
So what do I have to pay for? This, of course, is unexpected. And there is no way to untie the card, that is, the amount will be debited monthly from my account.
Is there any way to bypass this outrageous moment?

Just got into this chat. Wrote "Hello, i want to cancel my subscription". She asked the reason for the refusal, a couple of clarifying questions, and received "I have placed the cancellation request. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email once it is canceled. As it is prepaid plan so, you will be able to use it till before 01 Mar 2018. ". Everything turned out to be very easy.

I wonder if anyone ever got fined at least once? It seems that the fine only intimidate. You need a pro version of Adobe Acrobat. Can I buy the one that is 966 r / month, and then cancel the subscription? The agreement states that a refund and free cancellation is possible within 14 days from the date of purchase.
I need to edit one pdf file, in the shortened version (which is free) this cannot be done. For the sake of one time I do not want to buy.

We contact the bank, we say that the site does not want to cancel the subscription, the sane bank itself will offer to reissue the card for compromising for free. If you are not sane, ask yourself to reissue it (but this may not be free).
