We are a small regional web studio, I want to know the opinion of my colleagues - the issue of document flow is acute.
Previously used AmoCRM, cloud-based 1s accounting.
Now we have already switched to Bitrix24, we have 1c boxed and the accountant comes a couple of times a week.
Problem area:
1. Invoicing by sales managers, formation of the entire set of documents for the client (agreement, invoice, Act, applications, etc.)
2. Exchange of documents with the client and corrections
3. Payment control
Upon the fact:
Bitrix24 can make invoices in the CPM section, but in a limited and somehow crooked way, they rented the Document Designer application - from the pros: it can make any documents that you ask according to the template - they taught how to make invoices and acts as we need. Of the minuses: it is very difficult to make a template, they asked support to make waybills for us (sometimes necessary) - they did not. But the biggest minus: there is no unloading in 1s. It can be, but only from Bitrix 24 itself, and when buying its boxed version or a team cloud (this is expensive for us),
contracts are also a separate story - they are locally sculpted somehow (on their knees) by managers in Word on their PCs.

1. Get organized
2. Come up with an easy way for managers to bill
3. Make it easy to exchange data with the accounting department and accountant
4. Make it easy to exchange data from the accountant to managers - by receipt

We seem to be in order with this :) We have
our own CRM based on WordPress.
And here is the accounting in the MoeDelo system.
We conduct a deal, if everything is fine, then we issue an invoice to MoeDelo. And all business.
