for the first CRM system, Amo is quite suitable. You will work in it for six months, accumulate a wish list and then you will already choose a "real" system with the possibility of deep refinement

amoCRM - expensive, but the entry threshold is minimal
bitrix24 - cheap, but before you work you have to bother
