If I remember correctly, this syndrome arises from the constant use of the mouse, I switched to the trackpad and the mac os system a long time ago, because only on this system can you use the trackpad without pain in your heart (and only in this way). Moreover, it is not necessary to buy a poppy, as an option - a hackintosh and a separate trackpad (from epl of course), I actually used it for a long time.
