How did you learn iOS and Android guidelines?

Hello. Guidelines are in English and are regularly updated, and therefore the questions are: how did you study them without proper knowledge of English?
The question should be ignored by those who freely read them. In Russian there are only old versions.
And the second question: do you follow the updates? How?

The question should be rephrased as: "How to read articles in English without proper knowledge of English."
Answer options that come to mind:
1. Learn English to the level of fluent reading technical documentation . This is the best option.
2. Read armed with google translate .
3. Pay for the transfer to third parties.
4. Search and if not found, sit and wait for the translation to appear.

Imagine a situation where a person cannot read in their native language and asks a similar question. What answer would you give him? I think it's obvious: you have to learn to read.
In your situation, too, everything is simple and there is only one normal solution: to learn the language.

The network is full of resources that provide translated guidelines, in the public domain. I won’t tell you specific sites, since I studied this topic years ago - you need to look for fresh updated sources. It can be entire websites or just blogs.
