How correct are the dou.ua service ratings for IT vacancies of companies?

1. Good friends, novice programmers, decided to make a small start-up service - "recursion rating for the Ukrainian IT-vacancy market", built on statistics received directly from these very applicants. The goal is to help in choosing vacancies and companies.
They were immediately poked into the site of the subject jobs.dou.ua/companies/softserve/poll , they say there is such a service and it’s a bad business to compete, blah blah. I went to the site, looked at the rating .. it seemed to me, to be honest, - purchased from top to bottom :-) It seemed that the data of this rating did not give applicants anything ..
We decided not to give up and first collect information about the "competitor".
Question to specialists in statistics, rating, Ukrainian IT-market:
- To what extent is the rating of the subject correct and sufficient for choosing a future place of work?
- Does it make sense (demand) to create a rating service for it-vacancies?
