How convenient is it to test/substitute local fonts when developing an interface?

There are 100 fonts installed locally (well, files in the formats needed for the web).
There is a web page with basic content.
How to conveniently and quickly (preferably in the browser directly) test all fonts one by one?
Substituting the names of only installed fonts into devtools unfortunately did not work - for this you need to restart the PC after each installation (for some reason the browser does not see the newly installed font without it).
Yes, yes, I know that for this there must be a specially trained monkey poking buttons in Photoshop, but what are the options for a developer who designs in a browser?
