but why?
it means that your structure is not enough for you, since there is a spare dump for the rest of the trash.
And there is an App folder, and core, and Models.
And everything is on the same level.
If it's already App, then inside the App are the models and code of the application's core.
But in general, it is pointless even to analyze, just why do it?
If you want a universal site, use wordpress.
This universal structure in each new project will only interfere and be constantly reworked, as a result, it will only take more time
