How can you make daily copies of user profiles so that in case of a breakdown you can quickly start them on another server without making copies of the entire system?

There is a Windows 2012 terminal server. It is used as an entry point, i.e. except for the OS itself, nothing is installed on it. New users are constantly added/removed.
The question is - how can you make daily copies of user profiles so that in case of a breakdown you can quickly start them on another server without making copies of the entire system?
In fact, only usernames and passwords are needed.
