How can you FAST write cross-platform (Desktop) applications?

Interested in some kind of framework with ORM, preferably, or so that it can be done by connecting some kind of 1 module.
Now I'm writing in Qt5 (C++). But there you have to write everything yourself, consider reinventing the wheel. Lots of extra work. During the time that I spend on the program on the pluses, I could rivet 10 web applications. But sometimes I need a desktop program.
