How can wpa_supplicant be configured to be able to connect to a hotspot if available?

I have two access points: HOME, WORK. The names speak for themselves.
Is it possible to write two networks in wpa_supplicant.conf? When the HOME point is available, it connects.
When WORK is available - connect.

you don't need to change interfaces, just add 2 networks to wpa_supplicant.conf
I use wicd on a laptop, it has ncurses, gui and cli
