Since this is a decoration element, then like all decoration elements do through before\after+ you have repeating "decorations", you can create 2 separate components following the dry practice. You make 2 style components = 1 horizontal dashed line, the second dashed semicircle, the horizontal one is placed behind the block with before, and you use the usual semicircle in one place, and the second through rotate.
