How to make triangular blocks with images?

How to implement such triangles?
On hover, they should disappear and the logo appears in their place.
But that's not the point, these triangles are made by background in a div. But each next div partially closes the previous one, thus preventing the hover from happening. How to solve such a problem? Long thought.
