How can signing up for UpWork for another person end up?

The programmer wrote, so I realized that from China, with a request to help him with the work (register on the UpWork platform under his own name), because his own account was banned for some unknown reason.
He asked me to create a new Gmail account, send my data: phone number, photo, address and postal code, and go through the subsequent video verification. Everything will cost $100.
The question arose: how can such an account turn out for me if he uses it for "selfish" purposes?
