How can PhpStorm find files in a project that have UTF-8 encoding with BOM?

I tried searching for the regular expression "\xEF\xBB\xBF", but it does not find anything, although there are files with BOM in the project.

Right-click (at your leisure, while building) all files that have the Remove BOM menu item active - those are ours)
