How to autoload new files from remote host in phpstorm?

There is an elements folder on the server, how can I make sure that when adding a file or folder on the server, they are downloaded to the PC?

Do you want phpstorm to monitor the entire server? Will the server die?
Similar tasks are solved through git, but phpstorm works great with it. Actually, for this, there is version control of git, mercurial, etc.
