How can Office 365 be used by multiple users?

Office 365 for business says the cost is per user.
But it also says that it can be installed on five computers.
And the following things are not clear.

  1. If one license is installed on five computers and five different people use it, is this a violation of the license agreement?
  2. Or, if two people work in shifts or simultaneously at one computer, or is it a server in general, then you need to purchase several licenses for such a computer?
  3. It is not clear what “user” means, if someone else uses the computer while the employee is away, is this also unacceptable?

1. The user can use not only one computer, but also two, for example, a desktop computer and a laptop. And he has the right to put his copy on his computers (up to 5 pieces per copy).
2. Initially, there is the concept of a personal computer, it is about it that we are talking about, namely about personal. But if someone sat down to watch something for him, then this is not a violation of the law if the owner of the computer is alone.
3. This is the case with a personal license. But for offices, they usually buy a business license, things are just taken into account there, such as two people sitting at the same computer in turn.
