How can I watch videos from PC to iPad?

Hello!
I have a bunch of videos on my PC in different directories in different formats (mp4, webm).
On the iPad, uploading these videos is not exactly what you want, the process is not pleasant + the size is very large.
Are there any programs for me to watch these videos via wi-fi?
Well, as an example, I go to some address, and there are shared directories in the form of sections of the site. Then I find the right video and watch it like on YouTube.
