Which service can sort apps from AppStore and Google Play by upload date, number of downloads?

Greetings! Who has come across or uses a similar service/site? Share the link please. You need to sort by the date of download and the number of downloads. And you need a selection by category. For example, I need to know which app was downloaded last in the Arcade category, or what was the least number of downloads in the Health category.
Primarily interested in iOS.
