I really wanted to try ODesk. I ordered a Payoneer card for this. While this charm was coming to me by mail, I managed to forget what I created there in my account. As a result, I failed password guessing and somehow secret questions with dates (maybe I entered the wrong format, I don’t even know).
Now the account is blocked, and the card has not yet been activated. I tried contacting support. And then something happens that I can't comprehend.

What??? Do they want the cat to make a transfer to a non-activated card first? Or to a Payoneer account that I can't access and the details accordingly? And then I get automatic emails:

If you have already received your card, you can log in to your Payoneer account, activate it and start receiving payouts.

Well, of course I didn't activate the card - your tech support is not going to do anything until I somehow create funds in the account I'm trying to get...

If you ordered it through Odessa, it was automatically added to the payment methods there. Make a conclusion and send a screenshot from Odessa.
