How can I set up a mailing list server with mail already connected for a domain from Yandex?

Corporate mail is tied to mail for the Yandex domain, we send notification letters from the [email protected] mailbox through a service written in php using authorization on the [email protected] mailbox. Yandex often blocks if more than 10 letters are sent to different clients at the same time.
There is a separate server on CentOS, is it possible to configure sending from it so that you can send a maximum of up to 10,000 notification letters per day without Yandex on behalf of mailboxes that are tied to Yandex mail for a domain and so as not to fall into spam. spf, dkim, you can configure, the more problem is that SPF and DKIM are already configured for Yandex. Is it possible to make both work.

If you add the IP of your MX server to the SPF record, then the problems can only be due to the fact that the IP of the server is in any gray listings due to previous owners.

If you have your own mail server for mailing lists, then move it to a separate subdomain. For example, lists.domainname.com and there you can configure everything as your heart desires.
