How can I set a custom rule to auto disconnect a Windows Server 2008 r2 RDP session for a user?

Good afternoon.
Users connect to the server on Windows Server 2008 R2 via RDP. I configured it so that when idle for more than 15 minutes, sessions are automatically disconnected (they are not terminated, but simply disconnected). But individual users should do so that they are not disconnected .. How to do what? Is it possible with VinServ?
Or you will have to write vbs for "empty input" every 10 minutes - so that the session is not interrupted ...
Thanks.

Timeout and reconnect settings can be configured on a per-user basis using the Remote Desktop Services extension in Local Users and Groups or Active Directory Users and Computers.
