Hello! I have a vbulletin forum installed , but the amount of spam on it rolls over.. Tell me, how can I protect the forum from spam?

Connect captcha.
Connect the anti-spam plugin.
One popular for vB: Spam-O-Matic

Moves suspicious registrations to "pending moderation" for further decision. It does this when the user's mail/IP matches the existing database of spammers reported from other forums. Very efficient.
