Why won't vBulletin install on localhost?

Hello. I am installing vBulletin on a local server (OpenServer). The installation goes without a hitch, but when I go to the site, I get this - And it's impossible to enter /admincp/ at all, because there's this - Tell me, what should I do? Thanks in advance
