Hello, I've been fiddling with the vBulletIn forum engine for a long time. The problem is this: The forum is installed, but when you go to the main forum itself, there is just a page without styles, and you can’t log into your account, only the 404 page appears.

Check rewrite settings (webserver configs, .htaccess).
