How can I protect myself legally if I provide a service - an application with files (music) from other sources (Telegram)?

I am creating an application - a bot in the evenings as an experiment that allows you to send a file to a telegram, and view (download) it on the site, and so, in order not to use my disk space, I make a link to telegrams, through a proxy, (proxy in order not to shine my api key: api.telegram.me/bot_token/file/0_1.mp3 => api.mysite.com/file/0_1.mp3 ) it turns out that the file is somehow available from my domain.
I plan to do a search on the downloaded files, naturally they will also download what is impossible and should not, how to write a disclaimer on the site for the contents of the files?
And in case of claims, contact telegrams, people who uploaded the file, etc., because. I only provide a proxy between telegram and site api?

@amux

Since the files are available from your website, you are the distributor of them, which is subject to DMCA and other copyright laws (in some jurisdictions, the right to distribute is given separately, but this is not about the US / EU / Russia).
