How can I prepare an image of the operating system + software and deploy it from a USB flash drive to any hardware?

Good afternoon dear community.
I haven't done this in a long time, now I need to refresh a little knowledge.
Please correct me if I write something wrong.
How it is planned to be done.
The operating system is installed on a virtual machine (for example, VirtualBox, there is an esxi cluster available, it is possible there), we install the necessary software, we update completely.
We take some Acronis live cd, boot from it, make a full backup.
We take a flash drive, make it bootable with an acronis (True Image?), Next we put the image made earlier and a set of drivers.
We go to another computer, boot from a USB flash drive, unpack the image using Universal Restore. Then we load the operating system and install the missing drivers.
Can you tell me if I described something wrong? Thank you.

Necrocommentary.
- We put Windows on a virtual machine (Oracle, WMware, Hyper-V), install updates, install all the necessary programs and, if necessary, some specific drivers (such as USB 3.1 or drivers for POS terminals).
- We remove any rubbish from autoload, we also remove any rubbish from the assigned tasks.
- Start - Run - c:\windows\system32\sysprep\sysprep.exe /oobe /generalize /shutdown
- In a virtual machine in a CD-Rom, slip an isoshnik with Acronis TrueImage. We are loaded from it. We create an image of the entire virtual system disk, along with MBR / GPT.
- We make a bootable flash drive with Acronis TrueImage, shoot an image on it, and at least DriverPack
- We deploy the image on the desired computer, install the drivers from DriverPack.
— PROFIT???
PS Still such is. sysprep has a limited number of attempts.
Therefore, when you have prepared Windows, it is better to clone the whole thing, and do sysprep on the cloned one.
In case of adding programs, repeat: cloning, on a clone of
sysprep

Make sure Windows Media Player Network Sharing is turned off and the network cable unplugged.
1. In Regedit, Change HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\SoftwhereProtectionPlatform\ SkipRearm from 0 to 1
2. Elevated command line: slmgr -rearm
3. Elevated command line: msdtc -uninstall
4. Elevated command line: msdtc -install
5. Restart computer
6. In Regedit, Change HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\SoftwhereProtectionPlatform\ SkipRearm from 0 to 1 again
Change HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\Status\SysprepStatus CleanupState to 2 and GeneralizationState to 7
7. Run sysprep. (I did oobe, generalize, shutdown)
