How to solve the problem with bootmgr when loading Windows?
Windows is on an SSD.
I bought a second SSD and decided to change to a regular hdd in my computer.
After these operations, Windows does not boot, writes a bootmgr error. I
connected everything back as there were disks - all in vain.
There is a backup of Windows through akronis.
Can you tell me if it can be restored? And how to do it?
I just restored the backup always through Windows.
Or is there another solution to start Windows?

Boot from the boot disk, where the choice of language is shift + f10 (f11) I don’t remember exactly, the console will come out, it will bootrec.exe / fixboot bootrec.exe / fixmbr
If you have a Windows boot disk at hand, you can try to solve the problem through the recovery console before deploying the backup:
- boot from the disk, go to the recovery console
- open the console
- run fixboot (restores the boot manager)
- run fixmbr (restores the boot sector on ZD)
There is an even more powerful bootrec utility There is a lot of information on the Internet
on this subject .
