A friend fitted a room for me in a building outside the city, for an office, he decided to move the rack with servers there, but such a problem, the electricity is paid by another owner of the building, but there is no Internet, he called all the providers in neighboring cities, not one can get the Internet here + the connection is normal (mobile) but the 3G / 4G network does not catch, how do I beat? Even if I connect via modem, no one will give me statics either, help.

Well, yes. Cheap premises can be found in any village. It does not mean that there, in principle, normal communication and electricity will be possible for adequate money. Server room issues need to be raised not only in terms of the price of the premises, but also in terms of the infrastructure around.
