How can I make the loader appear until the page is loaded?

My single page application has a lot of images coming from a third party api.
I want the loader to be displayed when the page is opened (Inscription Loading... , for example). And as soon as all the pictures are loaded, the loader disappears and the page is displayed.
Is this even possible?
