How can I link my Google account to these two apps specifically?

I would like to link a Google account link to the Sketch app link an account along with data, a folder where my drawings are located, an album in the gallery where the drawings that I exported are located in general with all the data of this application. How to do it? I should do the same with my data, I want to link Ibis Paint X to my account. If you can’t help me, then advise some VK group that solves such problems.

It is not at all clear what you mean by linking an application to a Google account.
If you want your drawings to be synchronized with the gallery, then you just need to add a folder with drawings to the gallery.
