The XP-Pen has a larger working area, higher resolution, a tilt sensor, 8 shortcut buttons, more pen pressure levels, a higher polling rate.
Wacom will have an easier warranty, better drivers and software support.
I would take xp-pen (oh, I took it a long time ago, really deco 3)
