How can I legally use the purchased website template?

I am new to the topic of buying templates.
there are a number of questions:

  1. How many commercial sites can I create on one purchased template, one or as many as I like?
  2. Pictures, fonts, etc. in the template will also be mine? Can I use them for another site?
  3. Can I remove all references to the author of the template or should I leave it somewhere?
  4. if I bought a template, created a site and sold it to a customer, does another developer have the right to edit the customer's site?
  5. how do they even check if their template is licensed on the site or not?

I want to buy a BOOKRA template on Envato Elements. Tell me how to legally use the purchased template?

1, 2, 3. Depends on what is written in the license. Sometimes there are different licenses to choose from (very different prices)
4. Nobody will mind. After all, in the end, the template is bought for the site, under which it is corrected.
5. If you need to specify a domain when purchasing, it's easy. Otherwise, no way. It is believed that people, on average, do not steal. But you can run into, there were precedents. Infrequently.
You can ask all these questions in support on the site where you are going to buy. And before buying a template.
Different sellers may have different conditions - it is better to ask them directly.

There are two options:
- For $17: Use, by you or one client, in a single end product which end users are not charged for. The total price includes the item price and a buyer fee.
- For $850: Use, by you or one client, in a single end product which end users can be charged for. The total price includes the item price and a buyer fee.
In this situation, there is only one. In a situation in a vacuum - see the license that is attached.
In this situation, fonts from google fonts + font awesome. You can use them however you like. Pictures are not included (Images used in the Preview demo are not included in the downloaded package). In a situation in a vacuum - see the license.
In this situation, it seems that there is no need to mention the author (but maybe I missed something, read everything that is there again).
Yes. But you can buy template support from the author (optional).
