How can I integrate mail services api into minishop2?

I need to make sure that when calculating the total amount in my online store, it is possible to include mail services in the total cost.
There is such an api that works on js. Is it possible to save the value of the shipping amount in a separate variable inside the file with the ms2 code and add it to then just add the value of this variable to the total amount
