It's not clear what your problem is. Connect your iPhone to your macbook, select your iPhone instead of the simulator in Xcode and start compilation as usual. That's it, the calculator on the iPhone and you can start calculating.
If the developer account is unpaid, then the application will live on the iPhone for about 5 days, and then it will start to fly out and you need to connect the iPhone again and compile it every five days. If the developer account is paid, then no problems should arise at all. What problems do you have?
